Daily flexibility routine to open up the lower body muscle groups for both front splits and straddle splits.

This routine can be practiced by all levels, the only thing that varies is the time you can hold a pose or the level of difficulty. Split routine can vary from 20mins-40mins depending on your level, if you are a beginner I recommend working your way up, start with shorter hold times because the muscles need time to open and get used to being extended.

If you already have one split, but don’t know how to open up your tighter side or train the straddle split, this is a great guide for you!
